ANNUAL RDDA FUNDRAISER SUPPER
 
Back by popular demand!!! ...
 
Last year 100 tickets were sold and $1,300 was raised to help pay for a dressage ring and trailer (used to haul the dressage ring to shows).  This year we have rented a location for the supper where there will be more room to visit ...as well as a cash bar, game rooms with darts, shuffleboard and pool table.  There will be door prizes, a silent auction and RDDA merchandise samples available for pre-purchase.  
 
Proceeds this year will go towards a sound system as well as helping to pay for expenses at shows – facility rental, judge fees & accomodation, show registration fees ...to name a few.  (Depending on the size of show ... costs can run anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000).  Also plans are to bring in clinicians to help improve both riders and horses.  Fundraising will help with clinician fees, travel expenses & clinician accommodations.  (The total cost of a clinic can run anywhere from $2,000 to $4,000).

Directions:  Exhibition ground parking lot, North side off the Elphinstone entrance.  Mess Hall is the small white building south of the big brick Armory building

The RDDA wants to know if you are interested in an Equine Sports Psychology Clinic with April Clay, M. Ed. Registered Psychologist.  Tentative date is Saturday, March 22nd  (8 a.m. - 3 p.m. with lunch included).  Price will be approximately $100 but a definite price and location will be announced at a later date.  April Clay’s website is at: www.ridingoutofyourmind.com
