3. President’s Report of Activities - 2016.
4. Treasurer’s Report – 2016.
New Business
1. Motion to pay SHF membership.
2. Motion to pay SDDA membership.
3. Motion to donate to WCVM.
4. Discussion of EIA and the update received from SHF Oct. 2016.
5. Shows planned for 2017:
    - May “Freeze or Fry” Date: Judge: 
    - August Provincial Championships Date: Judge:
    The new executive will be responsible for designating Show Chairperson and committee
6. Presentation of Nominated Members
